Why do I jump in my soup microwave ?!?!?

I have my turntable in the oven. Lately I noticed something was jumping in the microwave up and down. He makes a strong bouncing noise. This is really a pain because I usually microwave soup and spills. Paper plates I have on it to capture the mess I clean the gramophone plate. Ah!
