Im looking for advice that is great for water filter?

I live in the apartment complex to have water softener But I think the PH level is out. wack because many people in the building complained about the surface cars scalp and our people have blond hair now is corrosive. / Hair orange when he homeowner will have to face. Indicate that we have the water out, and what "good". On the other hand, I tend to disagree. ... Because I was still a beautiful orange color instead of plain blond - And my scalp still flakin 'up a storm. shouldn't my skin feel like it is. shouldn't my scalp to my problems and scales for the amount I use it on my hair orange. shouldn't .... can someone please help with similar situations, please encourage shower filter that works for them. - I want to filter the name of the brand. - Not just a shop where I can find. (Most of the objects HD, Lowes and what not to do is just take out chlorine,. I need to take iron out as well. Thank You!

Go to Walmart and go to the bathroom. Supplies and rain has been filtered, it works great.
