High espresso / coffee machine?

I look to invest in high quality stainless steel combination espresso / coffee machine brewery. Does anyone know what brand I should consider? Dualit not sell combination espresso / coffee machine. Nice try though.

If you want high end, then I suggest the special unit. Separate espresso machine. Make your regular coffee with a press pot or siphon pot. I am not very not sure what personally consider "high end" there are machines that cost thousands, as adequate and those that cost hundreds. Note higher quality machine buy higher quality grinder will require. High-end mill can and costs hundreds.
