Ingredients:
-1 / 2 cup seeds freedom
-1 / 2 cup flour li
-6 Medium tomatoes
-1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2 hours or more
-1 Tablespoon juice lemon
-1 / 4 cup fresh basil
-3 Tablespoons dried Italian herb mix
-3 Medium onions
-1 Garlic clove
* Grind all ingredients in a food processor
* The Spread evenly and thinly on 2 dehydrator trays Paraflexx, right on the edges and then use a knife or spatula to score in individual squares.
* Dehydrate at 105 degrees about 3 hours later on a mesh dehydrator tray invert to finish drying in a dehydrator for a further 10 - 18 hours.
Pine Nut Cheese Spread
Components
-1 / 2 cup pine nuts
-1 / 2 cup macadamias
-2 Teaspoons lemon juice
-1 / 4 teaspoon salt
-2 Teaspoons nutritional yeast
-1 / 4 cup water
* Grind all ingredients in a food processor.
Tomato Sauce
Middle -4 tomatoes, de-seeded
-1 / 4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked 2 hours or more
-1 Soft Date
-1 Garlic clove
-2 Tablespoons olive oil
-1 Tablespoon fresh basil
-1 Tablespoon dried oregano
-2 Teaspoons lemon juice
-Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed until smooth.
Pesto
-2 Cups basil, tightly packed
-1 Tablespoon minced rosemary
-1/4c Pine nuts
-1T olive oil
salt -1/4t
-2T lemon juice
* Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until broken down, but leaving some pesto quality finish.
Assembly
- Start with flax crackers as a base to which you will add a layer of cheese walnut spread.
-Next comes the tomato sauce and then top off with some pesto.
- Garnish with olives, capers and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
Variation: This recipe works great using whole marinated mushrooms as a base li instead of crackers.
* Marinate mushrooms in Tamari 12 1/4c and 1/4c olive oil for 2 hours or more.
* Fill mushroom nut caps with cheese, tomato sauce and pesto. Going heavy on the amount of pesto works really well with the mushrooms.
* Once the fungus are filled, place in dehydrator at 105 degrees F to warm up 1 - 2 hours.

This fruit salad combines chopped peaches, strawberries, bananas, blueberries or blackberries, red and green raisins, dressed with a fresh lime juice and pineapple sauce simple. Preparation:
