What are some homemade concoctions your mom used to make you for supper?

My mom would make Chili Cheese Burritos. She would bake frozen burritos in the oven, then put Hormel chili and mild cheddar on top and melt. Soooo good.

Last night my mom mixed chicken, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and rice together, she put them in a glass pan and flattened it out. Then, she put a whole woppin bag of shredded cheese and she crumpled up a roll of Ritz crackers and put them on top. She heated up her hot dish like contraption and it was awesome. My mom has never made chili cheese burritos...it sounds good and interesting...have fun with your mother's cooking! smile
