you can ... , Chopped carrots in small cubes, add to food processor and add just enough water to get mixture moving. mixture for 4-5 minutes until mixture season is very smooth with sugar or whatever and tastes like it. Order a cheese SIV towel over a measuring cup and add mashed Muffins. (You will need a large SIV). remains to drain overnight in the refrigerator and liquid the bottom must be very clear and taste carrots. Enjoy! (I did it with tomatoes before cocktails and tomato; worked for me)
