Windows Startup Items xp.Which to leave / delete?

Should help.Got a new Acer laptop and it has some preinstalled software. I I'm not really an expert so I need some advice. My startup items are as followed: acer empowering launcher technology, the Acer power management, selection azalia mixer, eRecovery, boot catalyst control center, edsloader. agent, MS Pinyin IME, MS Windows taskbar icon, Realtek Soundmanager (twice), Realtek Voicemanager, Symantec User Session, Synaptics Touchpad Enhancements, Thanks for ur help

Here is a long list of startup programs and what they do: http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php You can also install Spybot (Http://www.safer-networking.org/). In the "system startup" in the tools, it gives you details on startup programs (pulled out this list I related) and allows you to enable and disable them from there.
